- THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY UNDER THE AMERICAN RECOVERY AND REINVESTMENT ACT PROGRAM. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Alaska District intends to issue a task order against an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity Contract (Contract Number W911KB-08-D-0007) with Shannon and Wilson to repair the relief wells for Moose Creek Dam in North Pole, Alaska. The delivery order will be funded through the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009. This opportunity is available only to contractor Shannon and Wilson under Contract Number W911KB-08-D-0007, which was previously competed and awarded in FY08. Shannon & Wilson shall supply 150 each high visibility snow poles. Each pole will be stainless steel with diameter of 3/8-inch and a length of five-feet having high visibility reflectors built in and orange and white in color. Also attached on the top of the pole will be a stainless steel highly visible reflective flag. Each flag will have a double duty dual spring base and bolt mount. This is not a request for competitive proposals, nor is a solicitation available. This notice is provided for informational purposes under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) Program.
