- RECOVERY Architect-Engineer Design Services. This notice is for informational purpose only. This opportunity is available only to contractors awarded contracts under Solicitation No. NDR050045 (Contract Numbers: L05PC90393, EDAW, Inc and L05PC90257, OTAK, Inc). The selected Architect-Engineer design firm will attend a Habitat Scoping Trip to Jupiter Inlet Lighthouse Outstanding Natural Area to provide technical support during the public and regulatory review process, for a shoreline stabilization project in Jupiter, Florida in northern Palm Beach County. The Contractor shall provide minutes of all meetings and discussions occurring during the course of the trip pertaining to stabilization of the shoreline.
