- The contractor shall provide full Architectural and Engineering Services as required to prepare complete contract drawings, specifications, technical reports, and cost estimates including services throughout the construction for Project 614-CSI-104 "Expand Building 5 for Residential PTSD" at the Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, 1030 Jefferson Avenue, Memphis,TN. Construction Cost Range is estimated between $1,000,000-$5,000,000. Consideration of firms is limited to firms within a 200 mile radius of the Department of Veterans Affairs Memphis,TN. This project will construct a 6,500 SF 10-bed Post Traumatic Stress DisorderResidential Rehabilitation Treatment Program (PTSD-RRTP) 2nd Floor addition to the Clinic Annex - Building 5. NAICS for this procurement is 541310. Contract award is subject to the availability of FY 09 Funds. A Firm-Fixed Price contract will be awarded. Firms desiring consideration shall submit 2 (two) copies of Standard Form (SF) 330 to the Contracting Officer no later than August 31, 2009 1:00pm Central Standard Daylight Saving Time (CDST). A/E selection criteria will include (1) Professional qualifications necessary for the performance of the required services; (2) Specialized experience and technical competence of the A/E firms with similar projects; (3) Past performance on contracts with government agencies: (4) Location of A/E Firms; (5) Experience and roles of the key design personnel specifically on related projects; (6) Cost control and estimating effectiveness: THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL - Interested firms shall mail SF 330's to: Department of Veterans Affairs Medcial Center, Phyllis Holder, Contracting Officer, 1030 Jefferson Avenue, Memphis, TN 38104
