- RECOVERY--This synopsis is not a request for quotes or proposals. This is a pre-solicitation notice that a Request for Quote is scheduled to be issued via GSA (www.gsaadvantage.gov) on or about 8/3/2009. This requirement is scheduled to be advertised via GSA E-Buy. The North American Industry Classification System code for this requirement is 321213, size standard: 500 employees. This opportunity will only be available to GSA contractors who have accepted the conditions and reporting requirements of the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) and are eligible to fulfill ARRA orders. This announcement is for information and planning purposes only and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government, implied or otherwise, to issue a solicitation or award a contract. Description of requirement: The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Walla Walla District, intends to purchase and receive delivery and installation of 1 large picnic shelter and 6 mini picnic shelters using funding from ARRA of 2009. The picnic shelters shall be delivered to McNary Dam in Umatilla, OR. Detailed specifications for this requirement will be included in the Request for Quote that is scheduled to be issued via GSA (www.gsaadvantage.gov) on or about 8/3/2009.
