- RECOVERY - THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. This opportunity, entitled: “American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (Recovery Act): Non-Personal Engineering Support Services for the Federal Highway Administration’s Utah Division,” is available only to the following contractors under the following Federal Highway Administration (FHWA), General Services Administration (GSA), Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs): DTFH61-09-A-00006 (Bratslavsky Consulting Engineers), DTFH61-09-A-00007 (CH2M Hill), DTFH61-09-A-00008 (PB Americas), and DTFH61-09-A-00010 (Wilbur Smith). FHWA solicited the four BPA awardees under GSA’s Professional Engineering Services: System Design, Engineering and Integration (871-3) Schedule. THIS IS A NOTICE AND IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. This solicitation will result in the award of a Fixed Price Task Order.
