- AMENDED TO CHANGE NAICS CODE TO 213112 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number L09PS01158 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-30. This is a total small business set-aside under NAICS 213112 with a small business standard of $7.0. The Bureau of Land Management is in need of Transverse Magnetic Wall Inspections; for wall thickness on 2-3/8" tubing. Inspect tubing on the rig floor while pulling tubing or inspect tubing on the rack. Inspect up to 100 joints per well. Estimate 22 wells. Service will be required on a will call and as-needed basis as wells are ready to be pulled. Must comply with API Std. 5CT and RP 5A5. The workovers are to be performed on helium storage wells owned and operated by the Bureau of Land Management located in the Cliffside Gas Field in Potter County, Texas. *All material shall be in accordance with the Summary of Work which can be found at http://www.fedconnect.net - Reference Solicitation L09PS01158 and find them under column named Documentation. CCR Requirement- Company must be registered on Central Contract Registration (CCR), before an award can be made to them. If company is not registered in CCR, they may do so by going to CCR web site at http://www.ccr.gov.
