- Below listed parts to be anodize MIL-A-8625 Type III Class 1 Clear, sealed by immersion in nickel acetate solution, then hot aqueous 5% sodium dichromate, mask and painted with MIL-C-85285 Type II Color 26270. The following parts will have the original coatings removed using either a chemical strip or by media blast using plastic beads or equivalent blast media which will not harm the underlying layer of anodize. Parts will then need to be anodized with MIL-A-8625 with Type III Class 1 Clear, sealed by immersion in nickel acetate solution, then hot aqueous 5% sodium dichromate, masked and spray painted with MIL-C-85285 Type II Color 26270. Total of ten units to be worked, unit consists of the following: One (1) BASE One (1) END CAP Six (6) HALF RING Twelve (12) WHOLE RING Six (6) TUBE BASE Six (6) TUBE VENDORS MUST BE IN THE STATE OF WASHINGTON AS THEY MUST BE ABLE TO PICK UP AND DELIVERY ITEMS FROM EVERETT NAVAL BASE, EVERETT, WA. VENDOR PERSONNEL PICKING UP AND DELIVERING MUST BE U.S. CITIZENS.
