- RECOVERY ACT "THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSE ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTORS UNDER AFCEE DESIGN BUILD RESTORE AND REMEDIATE (DBR2) CONTRACTS" The Contractor shall provide a full range of expertise to support the following projects: Projects GHLN042005 will consist of replacing the existing Ronan Engineering ATG systems or equal with new complete Veeder-Root systems at 70 LFs including all applicable wiring and connections in accordance with (IAW) 40 CFR 280.41, 40 CFR 280.43 (d), and Wyoming Water Quality Rules and Regulations, Chapter 17, Sections 14 and 16. Project GHLN994051 will consist of replacing and reconfiguring all conduit and electrical wiring for the Veeder-Root Fuel Monitoring Systems or equal, and installing new TLS 350 pluses at 15 MAFs IAW with base specifications and drawings, manufacturer's written recommendations, and all applicable building codes, standards, and practices in the industry. Project GHLN082024 will consist of drilling new potable water wells, and installing the equipment that controls the drinking water systems at 10 MAF wells:
