- Here are instructions for downloading the IFB No. I8410090038 and all of its attachments: First, navigate to the web page http://ideasec.nbc.gov Under the Quick Search on the left side of the screen, type in the document number I8410090038. Click "Submit" Put your cursor over the document number on the main screen (which is I8410090038), and click through Once there, the Standard Form 1442 can be printed/viewed by clicking the small printer icon. Directly underneath that printer icon is a small blue box in which you will find links to "Clauses and Attachments" and "Associated Documents" - this is the area where all the specs, etc are located and available for download.
