- RECOVERY. This notice is provided for informational purposes only. This project is funded through the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009. A firm fixed priced task order has been issued to Johnson McAdams Firm of Greenwood, MS, for architectural and engineering (A-E) design services to replace roofing systems on 5 location buildings at the Mississippi State, MS location. This task order was awarded against an existing contract, AG-3K15-C-06-0002, which had already been competed in accordance with the Brooks Act and awarded as an Architect and Engineering, Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity Contract. The selection of Johnson McAdams Firm, P.A. was based upon criteria which included the following: overall technical expertise, and an internal analysis of costs. Presolicitation No. AG-4431-S-09-0009
