- Description
- This document contains the revised Statement of Objectives dated 28 Jul 09. This document includes Amendment 0003, which incorporates a third engine type/configuration for testing. The program objective is to upgrade the Kadena Air Base Automated Data Acquisition System (ADAS), using the most current, and technically efficient components and technology available; the end result being a serviceable, and safe engine testing facility configured and qualified to test the F100-PW-220E, F110-GE-100 and F110-GE-129 engines. The Kadena Air Base Contracting Office will be issuing a combined solicitation/synopsis on or about 26 May 09. The proposal due date will be on or about 19 Jun 09. A site visit has been tentatively scheduled for 10 Jun 09 at 1300 hours. Additional information on the site visit, and proposal due date will be included in the solicitation/synopsis scheduled for issue on or about 26 May 09.
