- RECOVERY--THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTORS UNDER Multiple Task Order Contracts (MTOC), W91248-08-D-0004, Linc Government Services, 270-885-4675; W91248-08-D-0005, RCI, Inc, 859-263-2081; W91248-08-D-0006, TMS Contracting/Compton Construction, 931-647-2233; W91248-08-D-0007, Vanguard Contractors, 931-431-3771 and W91248-08-D-0008, Coleman Construction, 931-906-9844. The Directorate of Contracting intends to competitively award a firm-fixed price task order utilizing Recovery Act of 2009 funding under MTOC. Please note that only the contractors who have been awarded a Task Order Contract from Fort Campbell, Kentucky, Contracting Office are eligible to prepare and submit a proposal for this solicitation. The anticipated scope of work may include, but is not limited to all labor, supervision, materials and equipment necessary to accomplish the renovation which includes replacing missing or damaged interior or exterior hand rails and metal stair treads; replacing interior & exterior metal doors, new door hardware, door components, doors containing vision panels, door frames, glazing in doors and windows, weather stripping window locks and screens, ceiling tile, fluorescent light fixtures, missing light lens, electric nylon wall plates, exhaust systems, ceiling air diffusers, remote wall mounted thermostat, ceiling occupancy sensors, smoke detectors and alarm, hand rails, metal stair treads, molding, shower light fixture, light bulbs faucets, toilet seats, toilet paper dispensers, glass mirrors, towel bars, sinks, toilet partitions and urinal screens, wooden benches, wall mounted urinals, shower heads, shower mixing valves, main latrines dropped ceiling, and fire protection devices. Other work includes painting; removing all window treatments; repair all walls and ceilings; clean light lens; service central AC system; clean all ceiling diffusers; service all fan coils units; re-attach the wood paneling; install fire extinguishers and storage cabinet; install new emergency egress lighting fixture; repair all drains and P traps; clean and seal around all fixtures, wall and floor grout; install trash receptacle; install wall mounted paper towel dispenser; install new light fixtures; strip and wax with two (2) coats all hardwood and VCT flooring; clean ceramic wall and floor; clean quarry floor tile; dust and wipe down all surfaces; install missing drain piping insulation on fan coil drain line; abate, and lead based paint.
