THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTORS UNDER SPRRA1-09-R-0169. ****ATTENTION****FORMAL COMMUNICATION RELATED TO THIS ACQUISITION SHOULD DIRECTED TO Melissa Limbaugh, Contract Specialist or Cynthia Ivey, Contracting Officer. You may fax of mail your request ATTN: DSCR-AHB, FAX Number (256) 955-8601; Email address: melissa.limbaugh@us.army.mil. No telephone request will be accepted. PRON: AX926152, NSN 2835-01-180-0443, PN 3862445-1, Quantity 108 each for the Aviation Ground Power Unit. FOB is Origin with delivery to New Cumberland. This item is restricted to Honeywell International Inc., Cage Code 99193 because the data needed to acquire this part competitively is not physically available, it cannot be obtained economically, nor is it possible to draft adequate specifications or any other adequate, economical description of the material for a competitive solicitation. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo and looking under CAPSAR and Policy Relating to Source Approval Requests for Aviation Requirements. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above.
