- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional informationincluded in this notice. This announcement constitutes the issuance of the solicitation and a proposal is being requested. This procurement is a 100% set-aside for smallbusiness concerns only. The NAICS Code is 336212, size standard 500 employees. A firm fixed-price contract is contemplated. Award will be a single award all or none basis. Solicitation Number N68836-09-R-0060 applies for the following: Item 0001, Quantity 26, CHASSIS, TANDEM AXLE. Chassis must be capable of carrying (1) 20 foot ISO or standard container. See solicitation for the Government's Minimum Requirements.
