- Recovery. This Notice is provided for informational purposes only. This opportunity is available only to the imcumbent contractor under contract DAAH03-99-D-0007. The US Army Contracting Command, Redstone Arsenal intends to issue Cost Plus Fixed Fee Orders under contract DAAH03-99-D-0007 using American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) funds. This contract was originally competed under solicitation DAAH03-99-R-0019 and awarded to Chugach Management Services, Inc for Installation Support Services at Redstone Arsenal, Al. The following ARRA clauses apply to this award: 52.203-15 Whistleblower protections; 52.204-11 American Recovery and Reinvestment Act Reporting; 52.212-4 Special Buy-American Act requirments; 52.212-5 -- Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders -- Commercial Items; 52.213-4 Expanded GAO/OIG access to contractor records; 52.214-26; 52.215-2 Section 6.4; 52.225-21 thru 52.225-24. This requirment contains American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) funding and will therefore be subject to additional ARRA contract clauses which include additonal contractor reporting requirements.
