- The Regional Contracting Office, Northern Capital Region (RCO-NCR), Marine Corps Base, Quantico, VA currently has a requirement for non-personal services for Marine Corps Combat Development Command to provide a full range and Financial Management (FM) and related Financial Program Management (FPM) services to ensure effective and continuous MCCDC Comptroller operations in support of the MCCDC mission. The effort is envisioned to provide the MCCDC Comptroller with highly-skilled FM and FPM expertise to improve its ability to handle various FM-related quick turn tasks, requests, special studies, and other activities and tasks, as required in support of the MCCDC. The solicitation and any amendments will be posted on Navy Electronic Commerce On-Line web link www.neco.navy.mil and can be assessed through FedBizOps. It is the contractor's responsibility to continuously monitor this website for the latest information concerning this requirement. The estimated solicitation release dates is 28 July 2009. The period of performance is a base period and four one-year option periods. Quantity and specifications; terms and conditions will be specified in the solicitation. A closing date for receipt of proposals will be reflected in the solicitation. This will be a firm-fixed price contract. This will be a 100% small business set-aside requirement. NAICS Code 541611, size standard $7.0. All interested parties must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (www.ccr.gov).
