THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTOR UNDER CONTRACT NO. FB7507002T3 for improvements to the Requirements Management and Change Management (RM/CM) processes as required by the Indian Health Service, Phoenix, Arizona. FUNDING MODIFICATION Work includes software development, testing RM/CM applications. RECOVERY - THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. MODIFICATION TO EXISTING CONTRACT - The Indian Health Service, has issued a modification using American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) funds to add funding to contract number FB7507002T3. The contract is for technical support for RM/CM applications. The project was awarded using competitive procedures which resulted in the award of a T&M task order. Uncertainties involved in contract performance did not permit cost to be estimated with sufficient accuracy to use any type of fixed-price contract. As such, a Time and Materials type action was awarded. (FAR 16.601). The ARRA funded Modification work will be issued under FB7507002R.
