Spectrometer module, 200 to 1050nm, With Hamamatsu S3904-1024 Photo-diode array with 1024 elements, Resolution; ca 3nm, Special metal alloy body. 2.Pos. 2:11-0106205-00, DZA-S3901-4-1M PDA Preamplifier for operation of Hamamatsu S3904 series or compatible photo-diode arrays 1MHz readout frequency. 3.Pos. 3:11-1501004-14 CAB-NMOS 1M Set Cable set for PDA preamplifier to connect Pos. 2 to Pos 4. 4.Pos. 4: 11-016107-21, FEE-1M/NMOS EMB PDA Front End Electronics 16 bit converter board, 1 MHz Clock frequency, Interface to PD-USE or own data processing board. 5.Pos. 5: 11-0106015-00, PD-USBV2 USB Interface Board For operation of FEE boards. For full operation Pos. 5 to 7 are required in addition. The Silicon and InGaAs spectrographs will be used for spectral radiance measurements using a NIST custom-designed Labview software. The software is written to use the Tec5 instruments and cannot be interchanged easily with equipment from other vendors. Based on NIST’s recent market research, NIST has only identified the one source that can provide the required request Tec5USA in Plainview, NY. The Government anticipates the award of a firm-fixed- price purchase order. This notice of intent is not a request for quotations; however, companies that believe they can fulfill the requirement may provide a written response to this notice and provide clear and unambiguous evidence to substantiate that capability. A determination by the Government whether to compete this proposed requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competition.
