- This is a modified combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The FAR Clause 52.219-23 Notice of Price Evaluation for Small Disadvantaged Business Concerns FAR 52.232-33 Payment by Electronic Funds Transfer-Central Contractor Registration has been deleted. Also added FAR Clause 52.232-36 Payment by Third Party and the response date amended to July 30, 2009 at 5PM. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation W81K00-09-T-0249 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-33.
