- Work shall consist of maintaining, diagnosing and repairing the Heating Ventilation Air Conditioning (HVAC) in the Clock Tower building and Annex, 1450 and 1500 Rock Island Drive, Rock Island, IL 61201. HVAC work needed includes trouble shooting and minor repairs to the various heating and cooling system components and distribution systems. Preventive maintenance work to minimize problems is also performed on a regular basis. Other maintenance needs include replacement of miscellaneous parts critical to system operation.
