- RECOVERY-EARTHQUAKE SEISMIC EQUIPMENT In compliance with the transparency and accountability requirements associated with the supplemental appropriations provided by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (the "Act"), Public Law 111-5, this notice is provided for INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. The Department of the Interior, U.S. Geological Survey (USGS), intends to issue a delivery order under established Indefinite Delivery-Indefinite Quantity contract number G09PC00087 awarded to Kinemetrics, Inc. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO THE INCUMBENT CONTRACTOR. The original award was made on a competitive basis. The delivery order issued against aforementioned contract is as follows: Contract/Order # G09PC00087/G09D01543, Dollar Value of this Action is $759,356.20 for Earthquake Seismic Equipment. Period of Performance is for 90 days after contract award. Full or partial funding for requirements to be completed by the contractor will utilize funds provided by the Act. Inclusion of unique provisions required to implement the Act, including those for significant reporting and transparency requirements, is required. (ATN # ARRA-SE0010.2, TAS 14 0803)
