- THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE ONLY, WHICH WILL BE USED FOR INFORMATIONAL AND PLANNING PURPOSES. THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION; PLEASE DO NOT INCLUDE ANY PRICING INFORMATION IN YOUR CAPABILITY STATEMENTS. The Bureau of Reclamation has a need to furnish new cooling equipment that is at end of lifecycle. The coolers will replace existing cooling system equipment in the computer room The pumps and cassette units are specifically designed to integrate into the existing cooling system which will ultimately be monitored and controlled from a central control system. The need is for a system that will provide a total of 60 tons of cooling and will consist of individual ceiling cassettes (w fan/heat exchanger), pumps for water flow, and chillers for cooling tower interface. The cassette units shall be microprocessor controlled. The microprocessor control shall include a custom designed microprocessor fitted to the cassette to enable room conditions to be maintained at a usser defined set point. Microprocessor controller shall allow automatic control of fan speed based on demand in space. The controller shall include an infrared transmitter and allow programming of a weekly operating schedule. The units shall be capable of network opeation which allows for one master unit and up to 19 slave units to be interconnected using a twin twisted pair screened cable to create a network. The temperature anc controls for each of the cassettes shall be capable of being controlled from the master or individually as determined by the operating environment. NAICS code: 238220 size standard $14m that may be able to provide the following: In accordance with FAR 52.211-6 as perscribed in 11.107(a) Brand Name or Equal the following part #'s are being specified: 1.Carrier Water-Cooled Chillers - 30HWB035 - 2/EA 30 ton nominal capacity, 460/3/60, R-22, semi-hermetic compressor with brazed plate condenser and cooler heat exchanger. 2.Carrier Hydronic Ceiling Cassettes - 42WKN036- 10/EA 120/1/60, 3 ton nominal capacity with integral condensate pump. 3.Belimo B313BTR24SR - 10/EA- ?" 3-way, non-spring return, modulating chilled water valves. 4.?" water circuit setters, B&G CB-3/4S- 10/EA 5.B&G Inline pumps, series 60, model 1.5x1.5x7 - 2/EA - 75GPM @ 40 FT, 208-230/460/3/60, 2HP standard motor with standard seal.
