- RECOVERY--THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTORS UNDER W912EK-09-D-0011-0002. The main road, pavement from entrance area north to gates and parking areas adjacent to the main road are to be repaired by a 1.5 inch asphalt surface overlay. The asphalt overlay is estimated to be 1,475 tons which includes the main road, parking areas, pavement from main road to circular loops. Prior to the overlay, cracks inch or wider shall be repaired by a full depth patch. The full depth patch shall be at least 8 inches wide and 8 inches deep of compacted hot mix asphalt (HMA). It is estimated the main road will need 90 tons of asphalt for the full depth patch
