- Description
- The Louis Stokes Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center (LSDVAMC) has a requirement for performing sharps removal service to the Wade Park and Brecksville divisions of The Louis Stokes Cleveland VA Medical Center, located at 10701 East Blvd., Cleveland, OH 44106 and 10000 Brecksville Road, Brecksville, OH 44141, respectively. VA-250-09-RP-0255 will be issued on or about July 30, 2009 with a closing date on or about August 18, 2009. This requirement is 100% set aside for service-disabled, veteran-owned small business concerns The North American Industrial code (NAICS) for this procurement is 562119; size standard 12.5M per annum. The contractor will provide the necessary labor, materials, equipment and supervision for performing Sharps Removal Service at both the Wade Park and Brecksville divisions.
