- THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTORS UNDER THE BLM HAZARDOUS FUELS REDUCTION IDIQ CONTRACT. This project will improve bighorn sheep habitat in the Silver Peak / Sugarloaf Butte area of the Little Rockies. The treatment will enhance future prescribed fire operations that will reduce pine stands by reducing stem densities and ladder fuels. The project is scheduled to occur September 8 through October 23, 2009. The contractor will furnish all labor, equipment, supervision, transportation, operating supplies, and incidentals necessary to perform the work. A complete statement of work and maps will be included in the Request for Quote.
