- VISN 7 Network Contracting Activity intent is to solicit for required home oxygen service for approximately 430 entitled veterans who are located throughout the state of South Carolina. Services will be for a base year period with four one-year options for renewal. The successful contractor, all branch office and subcontractor must meet JCAHO standard and in good standing for equipment management and clinical respiratory services. The effective base year period is projected for 10/01/2009 through September 30, 2010. The NAICS code for this procurement is 532291. Evaluation factors will be Demmonstrated Capability, Personnel Qualification, Past Performance and price. The relative importance of each factor is descending order of precendence.
