- Description
- Furnish all labor, equipment, supplies, and materials to fully construct a helipad complete with a concrete landing to the hanger and side door. Work also includes sidewalk and utilities (water adn electrical) from the hanger to the pad. Work also includes all exacavation and backfill for site preparation and final grading placement and compaction of 3/4" minus Aggregate Base Course under concrete. Vendors will be quoting on the following line items:Schedule A for Base Bid is as follows:1) Project Site Preparation, 1 lump sum;2) Aggregate Base Course, 24 cubic yards;3) Minor Concrete, 34.2 cubic yards;4) Electrical Utilities- Install, 1 lump sum; Schedule B for Additive I is as follows:1) Water Utilities- Install, 1 lump sum; Work under this contract is located in Custer County, Montana. The period of performance is 75 days from issuance of the Notice to Proceed. Work will start on/about September 28, 2009. The Price range is between $25,000 and $100,000. A 100% payment protection will be required for contracts greater than $30,000.00. Payment protection will be due upon notification of our intent to make award. Payment protection can be submitted by an Irrevocable Letter of Credit, Certificate of Deposit, or Payment Bond. A tentative Site Tour is scheduled for August 25, 2009, at 10:00 AM. More information on the Site Tour will be in the solicitation. Prospective contractors must be registered in Central Contractor Registration (CCR) and Online Representations and Certifications (ORCA) prior to award. Lack of registration in the CCR and ORCA databases will make an offeror ineligible for award. Information on CCR registration can be obtained via the internet at "http://www.ccr.gov", and Annual Representations and Certifications (ORCA) online at "http://orca.bpn.gov". The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 238110. The small business size standard is $14.0 million. This is set aside for small business. The solicitation will be posted on or about August 13, 2009. No hard copies of the solicitation will be sent out by this office and are located at "https://www.fedconnect.net/FedConnect/". Response date for quotes will be on/about September 11, 2009. Please check the solicitaiton for all required documentation to be submitted. All amendments must also be signed and submited with your quote.
