- Description
- The U.S. Department of Energy (DOE), Office of Headquarters Procurement Services, intends to award a sole source contract to Wasatch. The requirement consists of obtaining a new maintenance agreement with Wasatch for the HQ public address system and associated equipment. The proposed action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1(a) (2) (ii). This is a notice of intent and not a request for competitive proposals. No solicitation is available for this requirement. Interested parties should submit a capability statement and pricing information for the requirement within 10 calendar days of publication of this notice. A determination by the Government to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive requirement.
