Description

RECOVERY THIS AWARD NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. This award was made to the 8(a) firm of C3, LLC, 2708 S 294TH E Ave., Broken Arrow, OK 74014-4811, Contract GS-07P-09-UY-C-0003 in the amount of $2,699,903.00. An offer was made to and accepted by the Small Business Administration (SBA) to contract with a specific SBA Certified Small Disadvantaged Business. This project is a Design-Build effort, the purpose of which is to provide both design and construction services. The goal is to reduce energy consumption and upgrade safety standards in the Boulder Federal Building, 224 South Boulder Avenue, Tulsa, OK, by the replacement of the current windows with those that are energy efficient and meet current safety standards. This procurement was awarded using other than full and open competition because a sole source award was made under the 8(a) program 15 U.S.C. 637. The contract award was made pursuant to the procedures at FAR Subpart 19.8 (also see FAR 6.302-5).
