- RFQ MHE Maintenance Texarkana This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services as prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information attached to this notice. THIS ANNOUNCEMENT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY SOLICITATION. QUOTES ARE NOW BEING REQUESTED. The Defense Reutilization and Marketing Service (DRMS) intends to enter into a IDIQ contract for the preventative and remedial maintenance of material handling equipment at the Defense Reutilization and Marketing Office Texarkana, TX. This is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) SP451009Q3026. This procurement is issued as a 100% small business set aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 811310; and the size standard is $6.5 million. Pricing shall be FOB destination, Texarkana, TX. All responsible sources are encouraged to perform a site visit prior to submitting an offer by contacting Ms. Claudette ‘Clyde’ Feagin (903) 334-2726 to schedule an appointment. Questions regarding this combined synopsis/RFQ must be submitted in writing by facsimile to Andrea Tichenor at (269) 961-7392 or email andrea.tichenor@dla.mil by COB 07AUG2009. Offers submitted in response to this Request for Quote (RFQ) shall be in the English language and in terms of United States Dollars (USD). Offerors are required to submit (1) a signed and completed SF1449 (the company’s Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) code shall be entered in the CODE block of block 17a on the SF1449 form); and (2) a completed Bid Schedule. Additionally Past Performance Proposals must be received by the quote submission date. Quotes must be received by 1600 EST on 13AUG2009.
