- Special Notice of Intent to Sole Source Requirement Number # W45C3X90422001 Range Control System Targetry Assemblies Under the Authority of FAR 6.302-1, it is the Governments intent to award a sole source contract to Meggitt Training System Inc., 296 Brogdon Road, Suwanee GA for the procurement of RangeTraining System Target Assemblies including repair and replacement parts. This notice is not a formal solicitation and not considered a request for quotation (RFQ) or proposal (RFP). NAICS for this requirement is 811310 Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment (except Automotive and Electronic) Repair and Maintenance. No contract will be awarded based on offers received in response to this notice. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence, that competition would be advantageous to the Government. If no responses are received by 04 August 2009 at 1630 Mountain Standard Time, the Government reserves the right to execute an award without publishing a solicitation. A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed action based on this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
