- WAGE RATES SOW SERVICE CLAUSES This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additonal information included in this notice.This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; Proposals are being requested and a written solicitation WILL NOT be issued. The solicitation number is HSCG29-09-Q-3JMB13. This combined synopsis constitutes a solicitation and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2007. This acquisition is unrestricted. The NAICS is 237990. The small business size standard is $28.5. The contarct type will be a firm fixed price purchase order.
