- Description
- The purpose contract action is for a software subscription for which the government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source (Global Technologies Group Inc.) under the authority of FAR 13.501(a)(1)(ii). Specifically, changes in workflow and software interface characteristics, and the incorporation of new technology can only be accomplished by the OEM manufacturer acting through a designated technical agent, Global Technoliges Group, Inc., is the sustaining vendor and is proprietary developer of the complex technical enhancements now required. Interested persons may identify their interest and capabilty to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, the Government will consider all proposals received within ten days after the date of publication of this synopsis. A determination by the government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Offers shall be received at FISC Norfolk Detachment Philadelphia, Bldg 2B, 700 Robbins Avenue, Philadelphia, PA 19111 no later than 4pm (local time) on 10 August 2009.
