- Description
- The USNS ZEUS (T-ARC 7) will be available for a Regular Overhaul and Drydocking during the period of 11 January 2010 through 8 February 2010. The place of performance will be at contractor's dry-docking facility. Major work items include but are not limited to the following: 1. Freeboard Preservation 2. Main Propulsion Motors Cleaning and Repair 3. Weatherdeck Non-skid Renewal 4. HVAC Systems Cleaning 5. Drydocking and Underwater Hull Preservation Bid area restricted to East and Gulf Coasts. Otherwise successful offeror must posses current Agreement for Boat Repair with Naval Sea Systems Command in order to receive award. It is anticipated that the solicitation will be issued on or about 3 September 2009.
