- RECOVERY--THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO THE CONTRACTOR UNDER THE FORT DRUM JOB ORDER CONTRACT (JOC) Contract; W911S2-08-D-8002, contractor; Cadence Contract Services LLC. 30139 State Route 3, Black River, NY 13612-2092. The Directorate of Contracting will obtain services to provide all supervision, plant, labor and equipment necessary to perform all work in connection with replacement of the failing telemetry system at Fort Drum, NY. Work shall include but is not limited to replacement of outdated control systems for water, sewer and gas distribution. The magnitude of this project is estimated to be between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. This will be funded by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009. This is not a request for quotation or a solicitation for offers.
