- RECOVERY--THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTORS UNDER W912ES09B0018. Pre-Solicitation Notice Eau Galle Recreation Area, Wisconsin Parking Lot and Road Expansion This Pre-Solicitation Notice is being issued under the American Recovery and Re-Investment Act It is the Governments intention to post an Invitation for Bids, solicitation number W912ES-09-B-0018 to the www.fbo.gov website on or about 15 August 2009 to expand the parking lot area near the beach located at Eau Galle Recreation Area which is north of Spring Valley, Wisconsin. This project consists of furnishing all materials, equipment, and labor for the expansion of the parking lot that serves the beach in the main day use area and a roadway connecting the expansion to the existing entry road. The work covered includes the provision and proper placement of base material, the provision and proper placement of bituminous base course and wear course. Once work begins it shall continue to completion within 30 days. Work shall be accomplished in a manner to minimize disruption to the park activities. Unless otherwise specified, materials furnished and construction procedures employed shall conform to the Wisconsin Department of Transportation Standard Specifications, Roadway Standards. The NAICS code associated with this procurement is 237310 with a small business size standard of $33.5 Million. This procurement is a 100% Set-Aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Businesses (SDVOB) in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) part 19.1405 The Point of Contact for this procurement is: Mr. Richard J.
