- The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competition basis the following items: (1) Flight Termination Receiver, Item #570104-108 Rev J, Custom Part # 642AS2144-4, Model #HFTR120-2, Qty 2; (2) Flight Termination Receiver, Item#570104-110 Rev J, Custom Part # 642AS2144-5, Model # HFTR120-2. This requirement is sole sourced to Herley Lancaster, 3061 Industry Drive, Lancaster, PA, 17603 as the only vendor able to provide this supply based on internal system requirements. Any firms believing that they can provide these materials, per the part number/model number, may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than 5 days after the date of publication of this notice. It must clearly show the firm's ability to be responsive without compromising the quality, accuracy or reliability of the materials without causing programmatic hardship. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency.
