- Open Competition - Combined Synopsis/Solicitation - F3KTK9155A001 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared IAW the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-33 and DFARs Change Notice (DCN) 20090115 NAICS is 333911 with a small business size standard of 500 employees. *This acquisition is a full and open acquisition. Award will be made to the lowest priced, technically acceptable offer that meets the salient characteristics listed below as described in FAR clause 52.211-6 - Brand Name or Equal. 45 CONS, Patrick Air Force Base, FL, 32925 is seeking to purchase Brand Name or Equal commercial items manufactured and designed by Air Squared, Inc. used for an ambient air sampler (atmospheric), as follows: 2 ea vacuum pumps, Air Squared Model V10T16N4.0 or equal, and 2 ea vacuum pumps, Air Squared Model V12H20N2.5 or equal, and 2 ea vacuum pumps, Air Squared Model V14H25N2.25 or equal, and 2 ea vacuum pumps, Air Squared Model V16H30N3.25 or equal. Shipping FOB Destination, Patrick AFB, FL Minimum Salient Characteristic: System Performance Specifications: 2 ea Air Squared Model V10T16N4.0 OR EQUAL, Two Stage Vacuum Pump. Must utlize two-stage scroll techology, including a brushless DC motor and controller, minium unrestricted flowrate of 21 slpm; no louder than 40 dba, 24 VDC motor, max power consumption of 50 watts. Utlimate vacuum of 25 Torr; maximum weight of 8 lbs.
