Description
ARRA Post-Solicitation Notice for Exterior Concrete and Sewer Replacement at 4300 Goodfellow Complex. Project #IMO00096 RECOVERY. This notice is provided for informational purposes only. This Project has been awarded. The project will be funded through the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009. The proposed procurement is being made under the CMc IDIQ Multiple Award Task Order Construction Contract for the St. Louis Metro area including the Cities of Cape Girardeau and Hannibal, Missouri (see Contractor listing below). The FSC Code is Z111, NAICS Code is 236220. The estimated cost of this project will be between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000. The work to be delivered under this task order includes, but is not limited to: Providing dual sewer system that is to be separated and reconstructed to meet MSD drainage regulations. Underground detention facilities are to be built to hold the storm runoff on site. Improvements will be made to the exterior features of the building, such as the breezeways, sidewalks, stoops, and ramps. After investigation it has been recommended to store high flow storm water runoff on site in underground storm water detention reservoirs. This recommendation will comply with site regulations and maintain surface parking. Work will include new storm sewers, storm water detention, and landscape restoration.
