- The contractor shall review electronic medical waiver requests for the US Army Recruiting Command (USAREC). The contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, and supplies to perform Medical Waiver Review Services for USAREC. The contractor shall review approximately 80-90 waiver requests per day during the last few days of every month Recruiting Calendar Month (RCM). During mission days the total number of medical waivers processed can reach 250 per day, which will require services under this contract. The appropriate NAICS Code is 561320 with a size standard of $13.5M. All responsible sources may submit offer(s), which will be considered. The solicitation will be posted on the MICC Center Fort Knox website at http://doc.knox.army.mil, on or about 7 August 2009. No paper copies of the solicitation will be issued. All amendments to the solicitation will be likewise posted to this website. Contractors are cautioned to check this website for amendments. No solicitation mailing list will be compiled. Contractor is responsible for all costs of producing and mailing their offers. All contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) to be eligible for award of a contract. This is 100% set-aside for small business.
