- Description
- This is a Performance Based Acquisition (PBA). The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, Contracting and General Services Office (CGS) in Portland, Oregon has a requirement at the Pacific Islands Fish and Wildlife Office, Honolulu, Hawaii (Honolulu County) for the following services: field work to design and test methods for capturing millerbirds and maintaining them in a captive environment, assess phenology and other aspects of millerbird biology salient to translocation; develop translocation methods and logistics plan and submit a detailed, comprehensive report of all findings. The selection process shall be "Best Value" (Experience, Past Performance, and Price) in accordance with FAR Clause 52.212-02 Evaluation - Commercial Items. RFQ 101819Q852 may be viewed via the National Business Center Interior Electronic Acquisition System - Electronic Commerce at http://www.fedbizopps.gov or http://www.nbc.gov.
