- DTFAWA-09-R-05084 The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), Air Traffic Organization's (ATO) Implementation Services Group (AJW) requires a contractor to provide services for the National Airspace System (NAS) Implementation Support Contract (NISC III). The FAA anticipates the award of a Cost-Plus-Award-Fee (CPAF) contract. The period of performance will be one four year base period plus two three year options, for a total of ten years. The SIR DTFAWA-09-R-05084 is posted on the NISC III KSN website: https://KSN2.faa.gov/tes/NISC3. All amendments and responses will be posted on the website. If vendors want to download the SIR, please go to the website noted above. All questions or concerns must also be posted to the website by 2 P.M., Eastern Standard Time, August 13, 2009, in order to receive timely FAA responses. The offeror's submission in response to the Screening Information Request/Request for Proposal is due Friday, September 11, 2009, 8 P.M., Eastern Standard Time and must be uploaded to the KSN site.
