- The VA Medical Center, Salt Lake City, Utah, is soliciting offers to provide all labor, materials, equipment and supervision to construct a complete HVAC system, installing a Government supplied air handling unit, including controls. All materials, excluding air handling unit, are to be provided by contractor. The North American Industry Classification System code for this procurement is 238990. The Small Business standard is $14M. This procurement is 100% set-aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses in accordance with Public Law 109-461, as codified by 38 USC 8127 & 8128. The estimated cost range is $100,000 - $250,000. Solicitation packages will be available on or about August 12, 2009. Receipt of proposal will be on or about September 9, 2009. Requests for solicitation packages must be in writing and may be faxed to 801-584-2506 or e-mailed to susan.cowin@va.gov. All prospective offerors desiring to submit proposals in response to any Federal Agency must obtain a Dun and Bradstreet Number at www.dnb.com. There is no cost to obtain this number. Offerors must also register with the Central Contractor Registration Site, at www.ccr.gov.
