- This is not a solicitation announcement. This is a pre-solicitation notice only. The purpose of this notice is to announce that the Department of Veterans Affairs intends to solicit for an outreach clinic. To improve the access to health care services, the VA Southern Nevada Healthcare System (VASNHS) is going to solicit with private Contractors to provide an Outreach Clinic for Primary Care Medicine and Mental Health Services needed for veterans in the Laughlin, Nevada and Bullhead City, Arizona communities. The Contractor shall provide for the continuous care delivery and management of contracted services for all assigned VA patients.
