- Under authority of FAR 6.302-1, ITEC4-W intends to award a noncompetitive sole source, firm-fixed price Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to Integrity Data, Inc. for Canon EOS 5D Mark II reset kits, Canon EOS 5D Mark II Standardized VI Kits, and Assault Packs for the 55th Combat Camera Company, 21st Signal Brigade, Fort Meade, Maryland. The Justification and Approval (J&A), citing the authority of FAR 6.302-1, will be posted for public inspection on or about the end of August, 2009. There will not be a solicitation issued for this requirement and any responses or inquiries to this notice must demonstrate clear and convincing evidence that competition will be advantageous to the Government. Respondents must submit a letter of supply from Canon U.S.A. Inc. Responses to this notice are due by noon, Arizona Time, Monday, August 10, 2009.
