- THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTORS UNDER(Recovery) REPAIR/REPLACE HEATING,VENTILATION AND AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEMS IN BUILDING 3 The following requirement is to provide all design, construction, labor, equipment, and materials to remove existing steam coil heating system and associated ductwork and related equipment, remove steam and condensate piping back to main and cap; remove existing suspended ceiling, metal track, diffusers, lighting, switches. This procurement has been set-aside 100% for award to Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business concerns. Offers from other than service-disabled veteran owned small business concerns will not be considered and shall be rejected. Solicitation packages will be available after 8/17/2009.
