Description

RECOVERY: This notice is provided for informational purposes only. A Request for Quotation (RFQ) will be made available to contractors under the Region 5 Owner's Construction Representative Services Region-Wide Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contract. This RFQ will result in a task order for Oversight Services for the modernization of 10 W. Jackson, 18 W. Jackson and 230 S. State Street Federal Buildings in Chicago, Illinois. More specifically, these services will include oversight for the Design/Pre-Construction, Construction and Project Close-out phases of the project. This is not a Sources Sought Notice nor is it a Request for Proposals. Any questions regarding this notice should be submitted via e-mail to Helen DiMonte at helen.dimonte@gsa.gov.
