- Cover Letter, SF 18, SOW, and Clauses This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is being issued using simplified acquisition procedures 13.5. This solicitation is a request for quotation (RFQ) seeking a contractor capable of providing Group Psychological Intervention Service. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-34. This solicitation is a 100% Small Business Set Aside. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 621330, Clinical Psychologists' Offices. Offerors must submit Quote in response to solicitation CSOSA-09-Q-0029 prior to August 5, 2009 at 3:00 P.M. EST (local). Electronic versions of the offeror’s quote will not be accepted. Offerors may submit quote via overnight express, by courier, in person delivery or by U.S. Postal Services.
