- Sole Source Letter Sole Source Combined Synopsis/Solicitation - F3KTK79159A001 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial service prepared IAW the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. A quote is being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-33 and DFARs Change Notice (DCN) 20090715. NAICS is 811219 with a small business size standard of $7M. *This acquisition is a 100% small business set-aside. 45 CONS, Patrick Air Force Base, FL, 32925 is seeking to purchase a one-year commercial preventative maintenance agreement for an ASPEX Scanning Electron Microscope with ASPEX Corporation, as follows: Minimum Salient Characteristic: System Performance Specifications: 1 year Premium PN S00102 1 year EDS Coverage PN S00106 1 year Vacuum Coverage PN S00105 For service on ASPEX Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM) Service Period - 1 year. Place of performance and acceptance is Patrick AFB, FL 32925 The following provisions and clauses apply: Offeror is required to submit with their quote enough information for the Government to evaluate the minimum requirements detailed in this synopsis.
