Building an 870 square foot roof and skylight addition onto an existing visitor center facility. Work also includes construction of concrete footings, steel columns, wood truss framing, and installation of shake shingle roofing and window skylights. ESTIMATED MAGNITUDE: The magnitude of this requirement in terms of physical characteristics and estimated price range is between $25,000 - $100,000. This procurement is Set-aside 100% for all Service Disabled Veteran Owned Business (SDVOB) For information purposes, the North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) is 238160 Roofing Contractors with a size standard of $14 Million Dollars. The Solicitation Package will be available via electronic commerce at http://ideas.nbc.gov and http://www.fedbizopps.gov on or about August 13, 2009.
